Useful if you are planning a large wedding reception. Very useful if you can afford to hire a super talented DJ/MC and/or a band (as Chapter 7 will scare you away from any other option). However, for the intimate wedding or destination wedding , like the one I am planning, the book is not as helpful. With a budget of < $10K, only about 40 guests attending, 1 bridesmaid and 1 best man, and guests who would leave a reception rather than run the risk of being singled out to play a game or dance, I did not find a lot of useful tips in the book. On a positive note, there was one example in the book that included a wedding without dancing where they filled the time with games, instead (which wouldn't work for guests that are scared off by the threat of public humiliation). Plus, there were a couple of nice sentimental ideas such as the Unity Candle and the Anniversary Time Capsule, where the guests filled out advice cards to be placed into a metal container and opened on the couple's 25 wedding anniversary. But those ideas comprised about 3 pages of the book and many of the other suggestions needed an MC to execute.I still think you can have the best wedding reception ever! without having a large guest-list, large budget, dancing, games and an MC. Perhaps there are restaurants that specialize in this kind of thing? Perhaps providing icebreakers at the table? Perhaps, if the wedding is small, a large dining table that everyone sits at so everyone feels included? However, you won't find ideas for that kind of wedding in this book.My advice to you if you are not planning to have a DJ/MC or you have a quiet family is to either avoid the book altogether, or go to a bookstore and flip through it for the occasional sentimental idea to incorporate into your ceremony.

I just made mini muffins using Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix and I added a teaopson of pumpkin pie spice and a little cinnamon. I got 28 overfull mini muffins and they're about 60 cal/1g fat each. Very tasty and moist too.

The Final Friday Docktail Parties are a HUGE SUCCESS!!! A BIG Shout Out goes out to CRAIG BRIDGES for your part in making the Sarasota Sailing Squadron THE PLACE TO BE on the FINAL FRIDAYS of the month. It's a great time with a great band (from 7:30-10:00pm) and great frnieds. And is family friendly, too. We wouldn't miss it.

Many many realtors would like what you have but with PITI. Principal, Interest, Taxes, & Insurance. That would give us the total montlhy payments which is much more valuable than just the PI, principal & Interest calculator. It should be easy to add on.1. Tax Rate with a Drop Down List from O.1 to 4.0 in .1 increments 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, etc.2. Insurance Yearly Cost, then you divide by 12.

people spent themselves out in Nov and Dec 2011, low AE sales then too. Tapped out and crdeit cards maxxed out, taxes due and holiday malaise sets in. Big buying spurt in January when prices were low $30's an oz. not out of the ordinary for february to tail off. Add Jan and Feb together and they would make a good two month salesconsumer sentiment dropped like the proverbial rock in Jan and Feb. No mas dinero in the average buyers pockets at the present time. Gas prices going to $4 and $5 a gallon and inflation eating the paycheck. Unemployment benefits terminated for some. This takes hundreds of billions of FIAT out of the AE sales. While Feb is not over yet it could hit 2,000,000 sales. They may or may not pick up after April stack up which the prices are still under $40
